A regal Naomi Campbell for Ralph Lauren, circa 1997. Lauren never comes to mind when talk turns to classic American design — he’s often derided for his commercial reach and polo shirts — but there’s no denying the man’s longevity. He is an institution. And he can make some damn beautiful clothes.

haha when i was little i was made fun of cause of my glasses.
this is like the first time I’ve worn glasses in years. dang.
after over a decade of using computers, my mother has finally learned (and is remembering) how to use copy and paste
she keeps “casually” bringing it up in conversation and sending me fragmented pastes of recipes she’s found
The thing is, she’s actually really intelligent.
She used to get all As and she was literally the best of her graduation class
It’s just she’s of that weird generation that can’t “compute” yno?

The thing is, I don’t even want or need a job (I just thought it might be a good idea since I’m back in my home country for a few months)
So I can’t even imagine how hard it must be for people who need a job in this climate
I wish people becoming vegan was as simple as simply telling them the truth about the dairy, egg, meat and fish industries and them just being “wow, okay, I was so wrong my whole life, now I get it. Thank you for telling me. That was really hard to hear and comprehend, but now I understand it, I know that I’ll be a vegan for the rest of my life. I can’t un-know that”
Which, really, is how it should be.
Oh man, not everybody wants to live the same lifestyle as you?
I can’t believe it.
Barely anyone wants to live THAT lifestyle…
